Introduced as a small training company that had lost its way and wanted to grow. After Business Review identified it had been a highly successful management of change consultancy that was hugely dependent on the selling and delivery of its services on the CEO and his partner. They had a bank of 60 consultants working for them. However they had become extremely tired in a declining market and wanted to sell the business.
